UO Second Age

I might be looking to buy a keep if it matches my budget and criteria.
If you have one for sale please post a picture.
If you cannot post a picture... do coordinates and ill pop them into UOAM and check it out.

Criteria: no neighboring houses larger than small houses, and little to no spawn.
