theres a vanq hally on the first vendor house south of moonglow, vender is called Zona.

rofl 9k for a power wep that cant be repaired? u can get good staffs at house right south west of yew gate sometimes. Bought few +20 power q staffs there for few k each.

There's a fortified, surpassingly accurate black staff of vanquishing out front of my vendor shop. Grab it while you can! You can find the location near the top of the player run vendors section.

Please don't lie. I have seen +20 power q staffs go for 15-20k. I'm sure you if you use the search feature, you can find accurate pricing for weapons.
