Promote Farming to create World Events "Poll"

So the idea is to have a gold drop box at bank. The community would have to fill the box with a certain amount of gold (10 million or whatever). Once it hit the set goal by Anarcho. Then their would be a multiple day or week event (town invasion or whatever). Could take months to fill the drop box with gold, but it gives a purpose to log in.
