UO Second Age

I'll start by saying T2A is a kick ass shard! Unfortunately, I'm unable to play here right now. Since the shard is so kick ass, I don't think it's right to hoard my sweet plot of land. I am now willing to give it up to a worthy guild!

This location is just south west of Britain at the beach. It currently has.....

-3 small houses located on the beach (west house at road has grandfathered lockdown pouch on step)
-1 Tower
-1 Large Brick
-1 Small
-1 L shape just south east a few screens which also holds a tower

Did I mention that we already have a town started here? A fence is in the works as well as some of our shipwrecked treasures left on the beach. If you are into PvP.....maybe a nice ring could be swapped out for the large brick?

Doing the trade might be tricky but I'm smart. PM me or post if you are interested. I'd like to know your guild name so I can do a little research as well. Thanks!

hardcore, don't give it to -F-, give it to a guild that actually deserves it!

-F- has been here for less than 2 weeks.
till this date, they have yet to sponsor a event or help out the community.
what they have done is macro/talk shit, they help each other out, not the rest of the community.
this guy brings 7 guys to the server and thinks he should get the congressional medal of honor.
seriously, you really have not that done much for the server except recruit some off peak players. congrats.

Um...maybe because any guild should contribute to the shard as a whole? You want a town, but won't help out anyone else on the shard?

i dont see why everyone thinks a guild or player run town should have to contribute to the entire server?
a town is designed for a community of players is it not?
i personally have only ever gotten something out of a town from which i am also apart of.
if -f- is going to build something strong amougst a niche of players well thats positive.
im just saying i dont believe this is a reason not to allow them to have a town.

all that said, there should be process to obtaining a town.

when you say we we dont add value to the shard what you mean is we dont give things away but infact what we add is a fighting spirit a pvp location and danger to anyone hunting in a dungeon who doesnt enjoy death.

I'm looking for the price of the deeds of the houses as a minimum. You can do the math...

Tower, Large Brick, 3 smalls (1 grandfathered) = x (this is major part of township)

Small in front, L-Shape = x (a little less desirable depending on the size of your guild)

I seen 4-6 chars macroing at your tower/patio/small houses over the last 5 days.

Alot of them are busy due to exams and work as most of the current playerbase is I'm sure thats easy to understand but if you want a click list of people who will be in F when exams and stuff are finished it should be like;
