When I drink potions the empty bottles end up on the ground and not in my pack. This just starting happening in the last day or 2.

Aye, it's era accurate. We just patched in in last night.

If you put bottles in your scavenger agent in razor you'll pick them right back up.

hmm, I don't remember that being the case but I'll trust you on that. On a side note won't this cause the map to be filled up with "trash" items, maybe causing lag?

The decay on items that light is realively short, and I'm sure some scavengers will pick them up if they are left behind.
