Meditation or Eval Int?

If you had only 100 points to put into either of these two skills (for a fighter) which would it be? Would Med be better to constantly have mana , or would eval be better to do higher damage. Also I think having a higher Eval Int makes it harder to resist stuff right? Assuming you only have like a 30-40 mana pool
Maybe I should just go 50/50

eval has nothing to do with helping you resist. It only works against the opposing resist. I would stick with 100 med, and try not to cast offensive spells. Just healing/cure/poison/debuffs

It depends on how you want to play the character.
With meditation, your magery will be purely defensive, as stated before. But keep in mind that if you wear heavy armor your meditation will take a severe hit. With meditation you are more defensive, relying solely on weapon damage. There are armor suits that you can utilize for a balance of defense and mana regeneration. A chain shirt with leather armor for the rest, and you can take the chain shirt off to med. You'd probably want more dex/str, and less int.
With Eval Int you can cast offensive spells that do damage, but you won't be able to regen the mana fast. This means that you will have to time these offensive spells wisely. You'd be more offensive and sometimes you'd probably have to run. Unlike meditation, you can use heavy suits of armor with little to no impact on your mana regen. You'd want more str/int(can't regen mana for shit), and less dex which means you'd probably rely more on G Agility potions.
I've seen med dexers used very well as 1v1 or GvG, and I've seen eval dexers used very well as a PK or gank squad. It all depends on the situation and the playstyle.
IMO, the med dexer is easier to play.
