Tips of the Day

I'm building a Tip Of The Day engine, like the one that used to be built into the client. If anyone would like to submit tips to be displayed that may be helpful to new players please post in this thread. Try to keep them in the spirit of the old tips, here's a couple samples of ones we'll be using.
Monsters are the ever-present inhabitants of Britannia. Most of them are terribly aggressive, and attack on sight. A much smaller group tries to live in peace, signified by the blue coloring of their name. Should you decide to bring your wrath upon these peace-loving denizens, your karma will eventually be lowered until you are recognized and attacked without provocation by even them. You can gain good standing again by slaying exclusively those monsters aggressive to everyone.
To walk and run in the world of Ultima Online, point the mouse cursor in the direction you want your character to move and hold down the right mouse button. As the cursor gets further away from your character, you will move faster. You can also use a built-in feature, called Pathfinding, that navigates around obstacles to reach a specific location. Double right-click a location to Pathfind to it.
They don't have to be this long of course. I'm looking for very simple tips that those who aren't familiar with the game or interface may find useful.

I have one. Don't afk macro Flame Strikes when you have over 2400 regs on you. Keep the number of regs on your person small so if you do happen to be blown up, it wont hurt your reg poutch so much.

I haven't used this in a while but, if you hit F1 without a macro set it will open the Codex of Wisdom. You could take a lot of tips from tehre and remove the Codex if that would help any..

I can give you some general information about what I had to learn being new here...
Mainly the more I learned about Razor the easier the game got. I dont know if they have a help site or not, if they do you can steal some material from there... if not, maybe you can give some tips on making macros?
Also, maybe some tips on the PvP events you run? I really enjoy them now that I tried them.. I wasn't sure when the right time to enter them would be (char development wise).

You should take some of the information provided by the young system as well and see if any of that would make for useful tips. I can't say there's a lot but I know it used to give hints and advice to young players as they made their way, considering they were still (Young)..

I'll intergate as much as I can into the system. Some of the current tips are pulled from the Codex of Wisdom but I haven't gone though it all. Thanks for the suggestions and also for any more that follow.
