Gargoyle's should drop level 2 t-maps, not level 1.

Gargoyles have level ones, but Stone Gargoyles have level twos. If you have a source for this better than this link though, let me know.

Hmm, well it could be an inaccuracy on stratics' part, but I concede that is not likely. I worked in the QA dept for a while at OSI and thought I remembered regular garg's dropping L2 maps, but I also concede that was over 5 years ago. The fact that gargoyles spawn from the digging up of L2 chests, but drop L1 ones is a little misleading. Oh well.

I wonder if they set them back when they added the gargolyes pickaxes? I'll look into it. But dragons spawn on level 5 chests, and they never dropped level 5 maps.

I don't see the point in doing t-maps below level 4..

I got a vanq in a level 3 chest today. And they're a fun small group outing. That's what this game is about right? Fun?

A vanq from a level 3, not bad. I just wish I had done lockpicking before it became ungodly to gm, I got about 7 level 5's and 3 4's..
