How do you get there please..i seem to remember it was by a shrine but dont know if this was after T2A

I think the only ways to get there are by boat or with magery ( recall or gate )

Hmmm went to a rune library and Deceit wasnt listed in the Shrine area..is it near the dungeon deceit?
Just realised that it was only me going on about shrines and that you most likely DO mean the dungeon deceit, sorry for being a nob (yes, not a typo for noob)
