The crate probably around 100k, not much more. The advent of furny dye tubs here helped kill that price.
The grave dust, correct me if im wrong but you can get on some undead creatures? (this could be a rare, unsure as of now)
The fishing net you can probably fetch 50-75k for... 100 if you found a foaming at the mouth buyer for it.

a lot of where the items came from determine their value
