UO Second Age

So someone mentioned UO to me and it was like a junkie on crack. So what is new on the shard? It looks like the pop has grown since I last played. I lost a lot from where I stopped playing a while back which sucks but nothing I can't get again I guess. How is the pvp going? last time I was here it was kind of sub-par at the time, has it gotten any better?

PvP is and always will be a matter of opinion.

Come back, macro up, try it for yourself. If you don't like it, then at least you gave it a shot and your addiction(s) will be satiated.

I don't know when you quit, but pvp has gotten a lot better and easier to find since 08.

pvp is great bring a guild or make one -f- need some more fights.

Ya I am going to start back... gotta macro up though as you said get back into the groove.

Just played in a CTF last night and it was pretty epic (we won!)...tons of people on running around killing one another, good times.

I appreciate the offer, but as of right now my dexxer is pretty set. Most of my chars are mages or some hybrid thereof. I lost virtually everything in my house so I am kind of starting anew. Just having to farm gold with my dexxer and my provo so I can get another house. gonna take a minute but I'll get there eventually... in the mean time I am thinking about making a smithy but we will have to see.

Any new ways of making money? Other than farming up gold from dungeons and stuff? Cause that can get a little repetitive and doesn't have a major turn around on gold y'know.

the smithy market is VERY saturated.

I'd say the most demanded mule is an alchy.

Did they add more spawns in the game? It seems to me that there are more monsters at my usual farming spots... which is a good thing!

Does anyone have a link or something to the spawn descriptions on certain locations? ex. how many monsters spawn at certain areas and their spawn times in between?

I pretty much have my farming spots down again, i average like 50k/hour right now which isn't too bad. Wish I could find a good Balron spawn but i cant seem to find one where more than 1 spawns at a time.

And listen to this happy horse sh!t, I lost my original cloth UO map and pin! I still have all my original ultima stuff from ultima 1-6 and then I lost my original UO box+everything it came with... I'm depressed now. wtf is up with this game, why does it have such meaning to me dammit.
