Yeah they can be crafted, its a random fluke when doing cartography world maps I believe... Issue is I know personally of a carto who went 30-100 and never made even one. Not a bad price

from what i remember those maps came out with the newbies quests... but cant remember how to get it...

Guys. An indecipherable map is a map that is made in ANY map location not in trammel/felucca. This includes Malas/Ilsh/and the Japanese places...
Oh, and Green Acres -- like.. during a tournament.
P.S. Yes, I am saying they were made in the arena during a tournament. Worthless.

the ones facing the other direction are nearly extinct and woudl be considered rare.

this is how i obtained them, no newbie quests or anything like that
