REPORTED ISSUE: Boat movement issue
ISSUE DETAILS: Using the 'one' space movement on a boat then trying to access the hold results in hold being unaccessable as if boat was still moving. only after telling tillerman to 'stop' does hold become accessable
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: any water
STEPS TO RECREATE: use one left or one right on boat
EXPECTED RESULTS: hold should be accessable anytime boat is not moving, therefore not requiring to tell tiller man to 'stop'
