Questions about running a successful guild

[If this is on the wrong board, please forgive me]
I'm looking for help from some people who are already running successful guilds on how it is done. I have a two-man guild, we have a guild mission and I think it's a pretty good one, but I'd like to do more than just say "Now Hiring - Es Mejor Aqui" and wing it. Setting up a guildhall, having resources for guildies to use, putting everyone in touch with each other, deciding what to do with housing and co-owning, figuring out a fair way to split loot from PvM outings - these are things I'm clueless about but want to learn. So if some vet(s) could lend me a helping hand? We'll owe you one.
If anyone with advice needs specific info on our guild to offer advice, or wants to talk through messenger, in-game, whatever, let me know. I'll work around your schedule or needs for the assistance.
