How do I create a guild?

I wanted to create a guild, how do I get started, get the stone, etc...

You'll need a house first, then go to the provisioner shop and buy a guildstone deed (roughly 12k I think), go back to your house, double click the guildstone deed. Give your guild a name, and the stone will appear at your feet
