GM Blessed Stable Addons

I'm aware that the only way to get one of these was to have it given by a GM in the T2A era and I'd like to know how to go about getting one.
There will be very very few player towns with stables. Currently there are two. These are not provided for individuals, but for well organized player run towns. There is more information on this topic here:
