So I didn't realize the anvil in your house had to be DIRECTLY beside the forge. I assume there is no way to move it?

the anvil does not have to be directly beside it but you need to be beside the anvil (or within 2 tiles) to use black smithing,


to move any house add-ons equip an Axe and axe it like you would your trash barrel or a tree

a note on this as well is that house add ons now will be deleted after you chop it up.

This is not the case Kryptonical, it has yet to be implimented you still get the deed back.

Yeh, u can still chop add-ons back into deeds... Been a long time since it was announced that they wouldn't be re-deedable, but it hasn't been implemented yet.

interesting, I just deleted two spinning wheels a day or two ago and they both got deleted so I assumed the patch went in.

it also said something like "this item will be deleted". I havent done any further testing but I somehow managed to lose 2 spinning wheels. :/

i re-deeded a large forge last night with no problems, got the deed and replace it

Ok I must be doing something wrong bc it says "you must be near an anvil and a forge to use blacksmithing" when I click on the tongs. My anvil is right inside my front door and my forge is on the doorstep.

what am i doing wrong here?

not sure, I know that if you are going to smelt items you have to be near the forge.

yeah i can smelt with the forge but when i try to blacksmith it says need to be near both
