UO Second Age

Ok some guy decided to loot my ancient wyrm after my hard work, i killed her and got a key and a rune to her house, and I was inside, I was trying to teleport in and was basically trying to get in and suddenly I died. I don't get it any explaination would be appreciated thanks.
