As little as possible.
I've seen them priced at 1k, and skipped them. I've seen them as low as 250gp, and bought them. Most I've paid is 500gp.

I sell them on my Yew Gate vendor, Dembe (just east of the gate). I have like 9 on there right now, always priced at 500gp.
