Ok i know I am going to get alot of archery sucks replies but I wanna make one anyways. I am trying to decide between Hiding vs Meditation. Here is my template so far..

Hiding is just so useful in lots of situations, and I like it better than invisibility because it does not wear off. My vision for this guy is like a tanker archer mage. One that has 3 different routes to heal (mage, pots, aids), with a high resist and can stay at range with spells and archery.

90 magery
GM archery
90 tactics
80 healing
80 anatomy
80 eval
90 resist
90 hiding

100S / 40 D / 85 I

on the plus side, hiding and med are both easy to macro and free so I can switch between the two if needed.

Very unconventional, but playable. The only suggestion I would make is that you use meditation instead of hiding because you have so many points distributed to int, so your bow shot will be slow. Magery will be relied on, and without meditation you probably wont have the mana when you need it.

I like the idea of the archer/mage, but you'll have to make the temp like a tankmage using archery instead of a melee skill. You'll have to make up your mind weather you want to make your character more of a warrior atcher, with magery. Or a mage with archery as a secondary assault.

IMO,

80 magery
GM archery
GM tactics
80 healing
GM anatomy
80 meditation
80 resist
80 hiding

eulogy,

without Eval what would you need meditation for if you just casting support spells? I am assuming not having Eval just kills damage for Ebolt. maybe I am missing something.
