Museum location

I keep reading the forums and cannot seem to find the location of Blackfoots Museum.. can anyone tell me where it is...
if you run east out of brit along the road and follow the road until you come to an orc guardhouse thing and run north its right under hte mountain and desert there before the swamp
also there is a rune at brit west bank on a boat and one at roadkills museum
also if you find me in irc am more than willing to give anyone a ride there
