aight so i'm relatively new here n i'm just wonderin where all the town guilds are so i can mark sum runes n wot not. i'm going to be fighting with the omg best guild on shard -f-. any replys would be deeply appreciated and i offer my virginity to the first reply np.

Use the runebooks in the keep u fecking nab.
Runebooks aren't blessed here so no point in making more runes
