UO Second Age

I am pleased to announce that the UoH guild has a new dungeon crawl trip leader Pustache! He will be leading Weekly Dungeon crawls now as well. This crawl will be at a later time of day for people who cant make the current Friday morning crawls. The exact day/time will be announced later next week. I hope you will all continue to join us on our adventures to dangerous locations around the map!

FIRST TRIP LEAVING FROM WEST BRIT BANK FRIDAY AT MIDNIGHT!!!!!!!! MEET WEST BRIT BANK

!!!! The Very First UoH Evening dungeon Raid! !!!
This was the first of many evening dungeon crawls that all members of the UOSA world are invited to take part in!
We had a HUGE turn out for this event! Many different player types from around the world came to enjoy the fun!
We all grouped up at Britain bank for a trip to a 'random' dungeon. We like to keep adventurers on their toes
We left from Brit bank to the dungeon Deceit! From the very first gate i thought we had a great crew somtimes you can tell a group by how well they can get into the first gate heheh this was not the case. As they had managed to all make it into one gate..... this group was a very excitable and energetic group who had no patience for the small things hahah!@
The group took off right out of the gates ignoring everythign in their path and making a beeline to who knows were (I dont know because i never saw any of them again). The rest of us (less than half), as a group made our way slowly thorugh the first floor of deceiet and onto the second floor. We were having good success taking out the bone magis when we were ambushed by ruthless murderers! This did not turn out well for the lot of us.. :<
But as such we persevered, we regrouped and began once again at the start of the dungeon, this time a much more organized and determined group (having thined the herd so to speak of thrill seekers as opposed to hunters ). We made our way through the dungeon with speed killing every single thing in our path. We made the basement and began to dominate the Lord of the dungeon!!
Having tasted victory our group become a little more confident
It was suggested that we attempt to kill an anceint wyrm by hand to hand combat!!!
Obviously we couldnt say no to the troops
So we headed to the anceint wyrm's known location.
This battle was long and drawn out, we lost quite a few soldiers taking down this monstrosity but in the end the deed was done!
From this point we felt unstoppable as a unit and moved onto some of the most dangerous treasure maps known !
We crunched the guardians of said treasures and loaded our packs with the loot!
This was no small night for any of us
I would like to thank all involved, thanks for coming on the initial dungeon raid
Everyone who stuck around for the final battles, I am very impressed. You show great patience and skill, I would be glad to fight along side you again soon.

I absolutely have to toss out some honourable mentions for today, that includes this morning and this evening.


Kronos - Blade weilding neandrethal!! A walking wall of misery for anything in his path!

Eos - a throw back soldier! This guy is taking out the trash liek its his job all day long refuses to quit!!

I am a huge fan of both or your play styles!

If they offered player of the year awards you would have my vote!

gotta say these dungeon crawls are the shiz.
they attract some real attention.
sure they are a bit chaotic at first,
but that soon enough sorts itself out. and the legit players soon shine through.

so if you want some true UO adventure youve got to come on these hunts, or get a bunch of pk's together cause im sure TG wont be there all the time to release the wolves amounts us

This afternoon a few peopel requested we have a dungeon raid. How could we say no?
So I thought I would show you a shot of how we group a lot of these people together hehe, runnin like a chiken with its head cuf off from bank to bank asking peopel to come heheh and thats how its done
We grouped at brit west bank as per usual, unfortunately the thieves were so bad (that time of season) that we didnt have time to line up for a group shot
We left for shame! pun? without a photo..
We went floor by floor takin out the trash! On the first floor wwe met up with another hunter who happened to be in the dungeon mister williams he joined our rag tag groupw ith his giant red pet hehe (a fine addition)

Un benonst? benounst? phonix werkd fer me un-bee-noun-sd to us we had a traitor in our group....
We made our way to the mage tower when Zigzag was murdered by one of our own... quick be fast....
we kicke dhim from our party and chatted, it was decided we would avenge our fallen comrad
Quick walked into the tower and was quickly subdued.
Zigzag regained what was his and we were off again

Headed to the the Blood elementals for some sport Ran into a red i never seen one run so fast.... a group liek this can be terrifying for anyone in statloss i assume....

You see Kronos taking on a blood elemental there while all the mages hid around the corner lol good stuff
then we melleed a fresh blood elemental to death was also fun

All in all good times a nice impromptoo dungeon raid!

glad you weren't discouraged by some early pk action..

Pkers are part of the game
if you cant handle a little bit of death you prolly shouldnt come on these tours of duty
But that tbeing said - a message to the pkers
If you are a pk or are in a pker guild please pk at these events with some honour, a lot of the people coming to these events are newer less established players (which is why they want to hunt in a group) , it is a big deal to them when they die (as in it takes along long time for them to get gear again and get back into the fun)
Please if you do pk dont dry loot peoples bone armour/ruin weapons and stuff that isnt valuable to you so we can continue the hunt and get guys back out there
If you see a guy in a death robe on foot ressurecting ghosts at half health dont ress kill them, you really have nothing to gain and they are trying to get things going again
These events are for the shard and all its players (hunters and pkers alike) and as players on the shard we are a large community like it or not, lets try and play our rolls without the ugliness so these events can continue with success for all of us
