UO Second Age

I played UO many years ago and remembered a time where drinking alcohol or being ressurected affected your meditation skill. What era was that?

I remember reskilling myself to GM meditation too, but that was UO:R. Meditation during T2A was not passive, and you had to actually "use" the skill to gain.
