Why is anatomy/eval delay 6 seconds?

I have always wondered this too.

All skills with a lengthy delay were 10 seconds.

I think it was reduced b/c people complained about skill delay for anatomy and eval is slow.

I just cant figure out why it would be 6.

A shorter delay for item id and arms lore would also be badass. How bout 5???

Arms lore & item ID run fine on my razor macro with a wait 5 seconds command[Item ID actually works with 3 seconds]. Animal lore appears to be 7 seconds, as does anatomy...It appears we have several diffrent delay timers going on here.

And I macro'd my eval up with a 10sec delay.
