Summoned creature stats?

Do they have have the same as regular ones, like earth elles,deamons ?
They are actually currently a little bit different. I think this might be a case of oversight when the monster stats were corrected from default RunUO. The summoned elementals are a little stronger, and the summoned deamons are a little weaker.
