UO Second Age

I came back from playing for a few years and noticed my characters have black clothes but do not have any rune or recollection of where a black dye tub is? Is there a public one somewhere or is it only a reward? Maybe I knew someone who had one back in the day and they dyed the clothes for me but regardless I just want to know what are my options for a black dye tub here? Thanks in advance.
