I found this at UOPower Gamers website, Anyone know if this is also true for our server/Era?:

-You can give your SOS bottles to others to fish up, however they must have at least 65.0 fishing.

i dont think you need any fishing to fish up anothers SoS, however it my take along time

yes to 65 fishing minimum
