If interruption happens more frequently if caster is physically damaged shouldn't casting time be faster as well?

Why?

Because if your spell is interrupted you can recast it. If you have like half a sec left to wait and you get hit you have to wait for the recovery and casting timers to restart.
You know that.

Recast Delay for interruption equates to ( Spell Delay - Processed Time ). In simple words... you have to wait out the entire casting delay when interrupted. For example, if you're casting a greater heal spell with a spell delay of 1.25s(4th circle delay) and are interrupted at 0.01 into the delay you are forced to wait out 1.24s until being able to recast a spell again. If you use the same spell scenario and get interrupted at 1.23s there is only a 0.01s recast delay. This essentially means that you can't cast spells until the first spell finishes out no matter what situation that takes place involving the casting process.
