The red box indicates the location of the house in comparison to the mountain. This house is the only house on screen to the mountainside and there is only one other house near but off screen from the mountain. There are multiples caves and the area has hardly any monster spawn. The mountain is fairy large and there is good hunting grounds in the middle of the island.

The mining house will include the anvil/forge seen in the picture. The new owner can do as they please with the add-ons, all other furniture is *not* included.



Here is a photo of the house next to the mountain.

Starting Bid is 55k. Please bid in increments of at least 5k.

The buyout price is 100k.

The auction is one week long and ends at midnight, Sunday July 5th.

- there is some spawn there including silver serpent (touch you and you are deadly poisoned)
- you can place another house anywhere near by

- I never said there wasn't any spawn. I did say there is hardly any spawn which is true especially in comparison to the other mountains on the island. Since you're allowed multiple accounts I don't see how dealing with the spawn is somehow troublesome.

- You can place a house off screen. Very true. But most people like their mining houses to be next to the mountainside. A strange concept, huh?
