did you try closing out the client completely and logging back in?

yes, the thing is, I don't know when it disappeared, I know that when I got it about a week ago, I put it in my bank instantly and haven't touched it since, I went to get it today and could not find it and I know for a fact I didn't do anything with it but put it in my bank.

I can trace this item and tell you where it went but it can be time consuming to do so.
Items do not just disapear. Does anyone else have access to your account?
Please PM Me the Account Name and Character that you belive has this item in his bank a week ago.
