How's the server these days?

Well, I haven't played any games in a while, but yet again I'm getting that urge to play an online game. A few weeks of Titan Quest, a single player diablo clone, has got me back in the fold, but it's incredibly boring these days playing single player stuff.

How is the server these days? I've been keeping tabs on the forums every now and then. I couldn't quite remember to refresh my house every two weeks when that was changed, but I've got a few characters almost finished and around 8k in my bank accounts. Got a black dye tub on one of my characters for logging in one day. (Is that thing single use, or unlimited? I don't have a stack of 60k cloth lying around to try it out, heh.)

I see the population is a bit higher than it was before. Are most of those people just macroing on three characters, or are there a lot of people out in the world? Is there a lot of PVP going on? Is provoking still a halfway decent way to make some money?

Number of IPs is usually about 60ish% of the population so that means on average not even half the people are running 2 clients at one time.

I haven't been here yet a month and am very impressed with the population and interaction (came from hybrid, sure the pop is high there but you're allowed 5 clients there so most are bots).

As far as your black dye tub, I believe if it is from Easter it has unlimited uses, but you might want to confirm that.

This is also the only server where the forums don't reflect the population well. THe forums are usually fairly dead because everyone gets out there announcements, trash talking, etc. on IRC

Black dye tub is unlimited.

But your black dye tub CAN be dyed. So don't leave it out locked down or whatever.
