Can't Log in..

Trying to log in but keep getting the try it later screen.
Is there a problem with the server today, or is it just me?
I installed the client, Razor, and Net 1.1.

Server is up. Recheck the server name and port

I didn't change anything and tried again and am at the char creation screen, so maybe the server was just too busy?
I will go from here.
