UO Second Age

So randomly I lost connection yesterday and now I cannot connect to the shard, or go to the main site. I was able to connect to IRC earlier but now I can't connect that either...

I can connect to other shards fine though.

Nope, I was kind of wondering about this too.
Maybe I was firewalled for some reason.

You are not firewalled or banned. Be sure your server name and port is correct. I once spent a week thinking I had a network problem that was keeping me from connecting to the test shard, turned out a had 0 in the port box

Also, I've just begun to recieve reports that the latest OSI patch will not connect to this shard. Looking into this.

Sounds like a local firewall.

I am able to join other irc servers and uo servers just fine

The WildIRC network is competely unrelated to UOSA in ownership, administration and hosting. If you can't connect to WildIRC or UOSA, and can connect to everything else in the world, you've got a targeted IP or DNS block aimed at our services. Try from a different PC in the house if possible.

Hi, I'm sorry to put my 'two cents' here, but I'm having problem connecting to the shard also.

I think I might have posted it wrongly on another part of the forum, sorry about that.

Anyway, it's a VERY strange problem.

So far I made 2 accs. I can login on them and play normaly. But when I try to create my third acc it says "Connection problem with Origin. Close Ultima Online and try again later" warning. You know what I mean?

How so? Perhaps it's something with the patch?

It's very strange 'cause I've started playing yesterday... One acc was way old, just never played. The other one I've created yesterday, no problems.

But today I'm having this.

Perhaps this would help? Any ideas?

It just came to my mind the it's not unheard of OSI (EAGames) trying to inutilize previous versions of softwares through client updates. It happened to EasyUO. Could be happening to old clients due to Free-Shard issue. Maybe i'm talking a lot of bull here, but, I'll give it a try and update the client to latest version and see what happens.

Well, patched all the way through. Updated Razor also. And... it's a No-Go.

I can still connect on two of my accounts, but no success on creating my third account. Can't possibly understand this, really!

Update: This was an issue with creating excess account, and has been resovled
