ack i need help

so i hade 3 toons on the second age server and i logged in today and all my chars are gone >.< now i did get curious and create a trial UO accnt, was that bad of me and cause my little chars to go away on the second age shard? i dunno what happened, any insight would be awsome! thx

My first guess is that you mistyped your account name and accidently made a new account. Characters and accounts would not be deleted.
If you send an in game page, I can help you find the lost account.
