Is there away I can delete or remove a stone from my house so I can deed it?

It doesn't go to a deed like it did on AI. It goes to the little ball thing that you have to replace in a new house for it to disappear from the one it is in now.

If you delete it, you lose it.

You can move it to any other house with that teleporter stone though, just give the teleporter stone to another house owner and they can move the stone to their house.
