Archery

Archery seems slightly off here compared to the demo. This is how it works on the demo:

Pull back of the bow animation begins
Arrow "animation" is launched from player to target
Arrow sound plays, sounds like a miss sound.
One arrow is consumed

One second later:
Hit/miss calculated and all the other things associated with this (including sound)
Swing has been consumed, check for skill gain etc.

On the demo you can also continually move before the "one second later" and you will constantly shoot arrows each step if you do not stand still long enough for the second part of it to happen. An arrow is consumed, however it will never hit or miss and you will have no chance of skill gain.

I mentioned this to Derrick back when I was testing the combat delay timer for archery many months back... However, I never went much into the detail for this particular part of the archery skill since I was more concentrated on the combat/swing delay at that time. This is definitely a missing aspect of the shard though.
