I've been trying to log into my account, and I get the error message, "Someone is already using this account". I got it for a while on another account but it went away, this time it isn't just going away. Any ideas?

are you logging out in town? you need to log out in an inn or your house for your character to be logged out

otherwise it takes 5 minutes for your character to time out.

This message is given when you are attempting to exceed the default limit of 4 connections per ip address.
