Different types of houses???

Hey guys, been saving up my money like a good citizen but it seems I can't find any of the styles of housing that I love.
mostly im looking for either a Small marble workshop or a small stone workshop but I cannot find a vendor thats selling them
Just wanted to check, is this because t2a predates these houses?
if so then *shrugs* what can you do hey.
