What is the info/math for parry in T2A?

I can't remember the math for the parry skill in T2A
I always like the parry mage build, but I assume thats worthless in t2a era

unless you want a parry mage theif...
switch eval for parry, or do a 50/50 split eval med.

a townie parry mage theif
magery meditation parry steal snoop wrestling hide...
you can also do stealth and trade off hide for another skill after you GM stealth and cast invisible to sneak up target and steal.
of course that gambles regs and your sheild...
Actually, I don't believe you can use stealth if your hiding isnt 80 even if you drop it after Gming.
I'm working on a parry/mage/thief hybride at the moment. Once I get it finished and field tested, I'll post update.
