Re: Events - The most inaccurate thing on the shard.
I think people have brought up some very good points, but when it comes down to it, events are horribly, irreparably inaccurate. t2a was about creating your own world, creating your own stuff to do. Not sitting around waiting for GMs to give you something to do. And the argument that i should just n...

Events - The most inaccurate thing on the shard.
Im sure this has probably been discussed in the past, but when I think of things on this shard that are inaccurate, only one thing comes to mind: Events. Instead of having to go out in the world and explore, build skills, create your own content, players can sit around waiting for events. To me, it ...

Re: Proposed mechanics changes for era consistency.
I'll just say that I don't ever remember failing to cure DP aside from very limited times (and being surprised at not curing it), with a simple an nox. The way it currently is is horribly inaccurate. The "deadly" portion of deadly poison isnt that it was difficult to cure, but the huge amo...

I usually prepped clumsy or weaken, but here that does not work if you are already debuffed - you will not unparalyze yourself.

It was always possible on OSI and to my knowledge, still is possible to have 0 hp and be alive. It appears you die at -1 hp.

Re: Increasing attack last throttle delay
Most people just complained that in group fights, a new attacker made you switch targets, not realizing the potential for instahit stealing. That is absolutely not true. Never was there a problem with switching targets to who was double clicking you at the time. If this is the case, what is to stop...

Re: Increasing attack last throttle delay
I wasn't stating a case to remove auto defend. I'm just suprised that I didn't ever use attack last via a uo macro when it came out. There are alot of things that were not used in the past that were available. We are all much better players now, with much more experience. Remember when something li...

Re: Double Hit Decipher:
While implementation of this would be great for era accuracy.. These days, many of the "tricks" used back then are simply too easy to do these days. Especially if this was macroable in razor, it would be widely used by nearly every player. Any implementation of it would have to use a speci...

Re: Curing Poison? Era Accurate?
Arch cure did not have a better chance to cure till AOS, when they made An Nox unable to cure DP, as this shard currently has. Both are completely innaccurate as proven by fausts post.

Re: Curing Poison? Era Accurate?
I believe this server is using the default RUNUO values for DP which are same as the massive changes made in AOS which required you to use arch cure to realistically cure DP. I know this is a necro post but i believe this is completely inaccurate. I very much remember during UOR almost never failing...

Re: Era Accuracy: Party System
The biggest advantage of the party system is that it allows team mates to keep health bars up during pvp. Removing this would definitely bring back the feel of having to continually grab bars. HOWEVER, the newer UO clients make all health bars sticky, party or not, so removing it doesnt seem that im...

Re: A cry to kill off Autohit, lets hear the people:
Probably the best thing about this server is the auto defend. T2A style pvp is extremely chance based without it. Its extremely easy to kill someone without it, and the addition of it prevents alot of lucky kills from dumb combos and high damage. Having auto defend is necessary for the era, and with...

Re: Remove the new object and action delay.
The lacks of delays on anything are probably one of the biggest things that make RUNUO feel "fake". Its good that the object delay now exists, simply adjust razor to compensate.

Re: Should UOSA impliment a patch that would allow thieves more
The answer to any all all questions about implementation, pose a counter question: Is it era accurate? If so implement it.
