Moonglow Moongate`

seem as of late, the moonglow moongate (not sure about the others) gets stuck on itself

and you have to wait till the next gate cycle before you can go anywhere

Any moongate loops backs on itself at the following times of the day (UO Time):

12:00-12:10 2:00-2:10 4:00-4:10 6:00-6:10 8:00-8:10 10:00-10:10

That is when the phases of both moons are the same.
