the base costs of a full spell book are

Regs = 643pg
Scrolls = 925gp

total = 1568gp

I would like to pay 4k for a full mage book


Base costs for custom spells

Regs = 163gp
Scrolls = 245gp

total = 408gp

I would like to pay 1500gp or so for these
