Buying chest made tinker @ 70%

I need a chest that was made by a tinker at 70%. Contact Kalan via ircchat or leave vendor name and locaition here so I can go buy.

Never Mind, I tested this out, and it seems I can not get gains at low levels with a GM tinkered Box!

you need a 50 skill tinker box and a gm tinker box to get to 95
no need for a 70 one
