Like i said in the post i didn't know anything about the club etc i pmd Blackfoot also spoke to a few people and they all came up with the same explanation that this club was given to someone for reporting an ingame bug/error but i can not say that this is definately the case.

Pretty sure these spawn, as of the update a while back that included magic bone armor and armor of strength/dexterity/MR/etc.
