Kill someone in a locked house?

Was it really possible to kill someone standing in a locked house? I was just PZK'd in my own, locked house while macroing. Came back just in time to die. The dude, who shall remain nameless, said that if you are close enough to a wall, you can be worn down with Earthquake and finished off with Chain Lightning... is this really era accurate???

meteor swarm and chain lightning will hit you unless you stand more than two tiles from an exterior wall. earthquake can reach much further, but it can't kill you. as panthor said, the only real safe spot in a small house is the middle tile.

A pk can use EQ to kill you, but not by itself. If you are macroing something that takes away any hitpoints (training Healing on yourself, for example), then you can be worn down low enough that you will kill yourself.

Just a mention. Just because you're out of range for MS, etc, doesn't mean you're safe.

Now if I could just figure out how to kill someone outside a locked house I'd be all set!
