how do i use this macro effectivley?

Use Skill: Evaluating Intelligence
Wait For Target
Last Target (an NPC)
Pause 10000
Say: Guards

How do i insert the pause 10000? When i try and record it, i have to keep waiting for the 25 second loop to restart. Is there a way around this? Can i write the macro, or only record the actions?

Record everything but the pause, and stop recording. Then select the last line and right click it, now select insert special construct, add pause, 10000ms.
