Vigilant Vendors Real Estate has another house for sale! This small house is located right on a small mountain near Minoc and a short sail from the Minoc Mines.

Neighbors are sparse here, and most of the other houses around are also mining houses. The foot traffic is minimal, and the spawn is almost non-existant.

There's not much more I can say about this area, so I'll go ahead and start the bidding.

Auction over. SOLD to Krug'gruk for 2x small deed.

Since no one else has showed interest in the property thus far, I have decided to go ahead and sell the property for 2x deed.

The auction is now over. Sale is pending.

Great experience trading with Atraxi. Traded deeds prior to transfer of house and quick transfer. Will definitely continue to deal with seller.
