It was bought for over 2 million I believe, so 1.25 is unlikely to be accepted.

I'd offer 2.5 million for it though. I used to know who owns it but can't seem to remember anymore.

Contents of the house, as it sits, is worth more then 1.25 mil.

18 Silver @ 9 per = 162k
3 potted plants @ 200k per =600k
5 stack Silver = 40k
Bong Flask= 500k minimum (every stoner on the shard would bid)
Basin of Water= 400-600k Rare, you dont see these often
Small Vase= 40k
Chest= 10k
15 or so Flowers and dried herbs= 75k
Fruit Basket =20-25k
Silver Wire= 0 (smelt it)
Indecipherable map= 100-200k
Bottle= 100k

So a conservative estimate of the house contents put it at: approx 2.2 million.

Then add the location and no spawn or neighbors.

This house should go as is, for say; 3.5 million. 4 million not out of the question.
