Razor Macro section not working

Hi im new. I seem to be having a problem getting my razor macro working properly. From what ive noticed everything is working except this.

Whenever I try to create a new macro it tells me to name my macro and when I do it doesn't register on the list. The list stays blank!

I am running windows vista.

If any1 knows what the problem is, and/or how to fix it, that would be great.

Right click razor and run as administrator

ok i did this and now it will create the macro but it doesnt seem to have permission to access the folder that the macro is stored in.

On another note. I installed framework and now my UO only operates in full screen, or maximized, if i try to restore it to a smaller size it just minimizes.

Can any1 help me? Some weird stuff

OK i have fixed the window problem, however I'm still searching for a fix to my razor macros. I am on 64 bit windows vista.

my access to the macro is denied ><
